I saw that it said “podcast” in the title on youtube and immediately looked to see if you had put it up as an actual podcast. I did not see it on my app (podcast addict). Either way it makes sense to have a podcast of these as it would be more conducive to good eye habits not to be watching longer vids.

He explanation of how the world changes as he goes down the diopters resonates with me. It really feels amazing. That is why I keep calling this a journey :revolving_hearts:

Great! Lots more please.

Very good point. sigh I have no idea how to do those, more things to sign up for and figure out.

I don’t know much about it either, but I hear there are apps than can automatically convert and distribute content to different platforms.

Not everything is mind-blowing below that threshold. What I am finding also is ‘why is my house so dirty?’ and ‘where did all these wrinkles suddenly come from?’. :anguished: But outside everything is more beautiful than it already was, even with -3.

Hahaha… I guess it will take another 30yrs b4 my face starts getting wrinkled.

My latest find is that shadows are amazing. For the longest time, I thought all shadows were blurry…but it turns out you can AF them, and they clear up.

I have blinds inside my house, and when the sun shines through them, they make shadows on the walls and ceiling which I’m now fascinated to see are different than I’ve seen them over the past however many years.

Al-Irfan’s video was amazing. He’s so animated and full of joy. Really loved hearing his story.

Today is my 1 year anniversary of endmyopia journey i currently use - 1.75 for both eyes. I started exactly 1 year ago with - 4.25 for both eyes. last 2 weeks I spent the whole week without glasses and afterwards i wear glasses 1 day and go without them the next. This is my routine now. 1 day glasses 1 day off. Little close up decent distance vision and active focus. I am so glad of improvements!!!
