Describe, accept or fight the blur?

Describe the blur. You try to notice the blur without straining eyes.

Accept the blur. You just see, don’t trying anything, just don’t look by sides to ignore blur horizon.

Fight the blur. Constant remembrance of blur, straining eyes much so pupil shrinks to very small size even in the darkness. Can produce “polar flashes” or pain in my eyes.

Which seems to be the most correct, working and healthy?

In my opinion, something between describing and accepting the blur. And avoiding fighting the blur or straining eyes.
