Calculate cm to diopters, the other way around, with or without differentials. Also explains why -1.5 to -1 (low myopia) will change your cms by 34cm while -9 to -9.5 (high myopia) will change it by only 0.5cm.
Nicely done. Very useful for when people with high myopia are confused why their cm measurements give them a wildly different number from their glasses. I expect I will be pointing people to this video in future.
That is super helpful and something I never thought of. It explains why the progress is slower at the lower diopter levels; it takes much more distance improvement to move “down”…especially that last diopter! I feel better. Thank you for posting.
