Gain for average month: 39/18 ~= 2 cm

I started EM on 1/1/2019 wearing about -2.75 D to read Snellen 20/25 line per opto.
Now wearing -2.00 normalized for Snellen working on 20/25 line
My goal is to read Snellen 20/20 line then drop -0.25 D.
I am wearing:
    -2.00 D normalized
-1.50 D outdoors sun or bright overcast or indoors / non-computer housework
-0.75 D for computer after eyes tire (seldom) or need to share
a screen over somebody's shoulder for a long time.
For many years I have been wearing no glasses for most
    computer and all reading.
I had about -0.75 cyl in my Rx when I started EM. I dropped it
a year ago when the trial lens kit showed it was straining my
eyes and for almost no benefit.
Probably my greatest impediment is screen strain. I am
retired now but almost any communication and record-
keeping activity I do involves the computer. I consider myself
lucky that so far I have managed to avoid owning a "smart"
phone. Perhaps some kindler-on-the-eyes interface tech will
come along before I am forced into buying one.

THE WINTER WAS A GAIN-KILLER!
Gains actually went backwards for several months.
Despite of my strict regimen of daily one hour walks.
I'm glad gains resumed this summer and the net gain over 18
months has been positive and encouraging.
