:headphones: New Endmyopia Podcast Episode!! :loudspeaker::blush:

On with the awesome Chris James, on his ‘A Healthy Alternative’: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6FS-4bTdlo

Chris has a huge and super friendly Facebook group discussing a whole range of health topics (focus on weight loss). Check him out! He’s also a member of our Facebook group, tried to fix his eyes before (with Bates …) and is now all excited again about getting rid of the glassy bits. We had a great chat!

Listened to the interview. Was a great discussion and I hope Chris joins the Le Meow forum.

The part about sports is interesting. I find that when I was in school I did play basketball without my glasses on (I was in my school’s team for a while) and still could shoot the ball in the ring. I also did Wushu. My son thinks it’s cool that his mum can do somersaults. When I was pregnant I was thinking of someday going back and learn some form of martial arts like I used to years ago in school. Interestingly I never thought of my eyesight as a hindrance. I always thought I could just take it off and go do the sports I wanted (eventhough in blur mode). Naive me. The only reason I let those go was because I was pregnant and had children. Now through EM I have new hope for not only doing physical activities but also doing it with good eyesight. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Graet interview. There is always something new to learn when you talk about reversing myopia.
