Sports Vision Training

Has anybody here tried this? Supposedly the Air Force Academy has had good luck with their baseball team (and presumably pilots) by incorporating some vision
training exercises into their practice.

A few years ago I was playing around with this stuff and if nothing else it is kind of fun. Reaction balls look like a rubber ball that got a bad case of rubber-ball-cancer and are lumpy instead of round, when you drop them they bounce and roll in unpredictable directions making them maddening to try to catch.

Are we all now going to “assume athletic stance” before we do AF?

Remember! “Winners are willing to do what losers won’t.” They say it in every sports movie I’ve ever seen, so maybe it applies to active focus too. Assumes athletic stance :stuck_out_tongue:

This is hilarious.
However, if that will help me move from high myopia to no myopia a bit faster, why not? I would do it in private though, so as to not end up in a straight jacket due to calls from “friendly concerned” people (bless their hearts)… :kissing_heart:
